*update. some missions have a loadout after the maptools are automatically added, so this deletes them. Also in game, if you see an arsenal and use a loadout preset, this deletes them as well. So now I also added an event handler when you open the map. Map tools are added then.

new code for disabling spawn menu, this code works without ace (still need ace for map tools)
