More reset areas, few more tweaks, and made a few more holes funner.

Added ball reset areas for those that don't know about reset keys ;) tweaked waterfall again, and added reset to make it "moderately" difficult instead of stupidily easy. Krusty gets blown up at the end now.

Made hole 10 and 7 a bit easier, 7 has chance for hole in hole ;) improved ball reset for 17 so you don't have to self reset, hole 12 has gone bananas!!
