Fixed Play Dead, and Cloaking. They should properly drop aggro now.

Added Novice, moved base jobs to crystals, added the first wave of advanced jobs. Should function with other mods.

Fixed Acolyte's hit chances.. not sure why you'd want a buff that only works 25% of the time..
