Mostly fixed spawns
Spawns should now work during the first round on a map change
Any additions to spawns mid-game will only take affect on next round

Fixed items not spawning
Replace Spawns settings may be buggy; I will take another look at it soon!
A better UI that has been laying dormant on my PC for a while has also been pushed!

Merge pull request #1 from @lokeisloke
- Fix: Packed spawn scripts should now work
- Fix: Map spawns that use ttt_playerspawn should now work
- Fix: "ttt_use_weapon_spawn_scripts" is now disabled only when the addon is disabled
