Increased armor on super heavy monsters, for example Black Maw (90HP, armor from 10 to 12) or Holy Bony (150HP, armor from 10 to 15). Reduced armor on Larry Jr. and The Hollow from 20 to 15.

Fiend Folio: increased armor values on most bosses, updating from a placeholder value of 20 armor to a value based on chapter DPS.

Mod_entity_files now includes a folder named fiend_folio_armored for Fiend Folio: Reheated with instructions on replacing it.

Made a decent amount of tweaks. for example,
Sheol: increased HP of Bone Knight and Selfless Knight to 30 (from 20) and armor to 6 (from 5).
Corpse: Pustule HP increased to 27.5 (from 19, should allow Bloodflies to burst out more often). Cyst HP increased to 37.5 (from 25) and armor to 6 (from 5).

Tweaked armor on a few monsters, e.g. increased armor on Goat from 5 to 6 since they have stageHP pushing their health above a threshold of 30HP.
Added entity folder for Crabby's Cretins.

Tweaks to armor values, increasing armor on high health monsters, for example Heart (40HP) went from 6 to 7 Armor & Dinga (62HP) went from 8 to 9 Armor.

Increased monster Armor variety:
1-3 HP: 1 Armor (e.g. Fly - 3HP)
4-9 HP 2 Armor (Spider - 6.5 HP)
10 HP: 3 Armor (Gaper - 10 HP)
10-19 HP: 4 Armor (Clotty - 15 HP)
20-29 HP : 5 Armor (Maw - 20 HP)
30-39 HP: 5.5 Armor (Globin - 33 HP)
40-59 HP: 6 Armor (Heart - 40 HP)
60-79 HP: 8 Armor (Dinga - 62 HP)
80-100 HP: 10 Armor. (Oob - 100 HP)

Increased armor on heavy monsters and decreased on light monsters: e.g. Dead Meat went from 6 to 8 armor & Gaper went from 4 to 3 armor. THE FUTURE: increased armor to 5 for enemies who have 20 HP.
