- big update to how AI handles guns: Now it will pick most suited guns for BOTS, a.k.a no more RPG to kill mudraptor unless there is really no option

- updated method to delete locked items, especially batteries
- nerfed flak coilgun ammo
- adjusted spawnrates on wreck to feature almost all turret ammo avaliable in mod
- added REEL mechanic in preparation to unstable changes of harpoon
