new weapon: 20 gauge VEPR shotgun (partially WIP - no optics yet)
added an optional bolt-release reload for ar10 and sr25
fire sound changes to ar10, sr25, sg510, smg2, and other subtle changes to the delisle bolt sounds and all sub-fire sounds, the mechanical bolt noises

faster 4570 deploy

refreshed 4570 anims and changed to dynamic lua recoil
added buckshot shell ammo to 4570
adjusted 4570 model scale in first person, it was a little undersized
4570 is much less slow now and much more useful, faster reload and faster firerate
fixed some bad worldmodel scaling and broken car15 worldmodel

changed colt 639 terminology to be more ambiguous and correct for my gun autism

removed spreadpershot and tweaked movement spread increase from the slow firing weapons (auto5, 1895, BFR) to give them a unique upper hand towards the other weapons
changed swep category name to match workshop name
gave sr25 and ar10 new and separate firing sounds and new suppressed sound
