reworked most of the oathsworn units as some of them simply wasn't finished to begin with and Added paragon traits to harmonzer, arbiter and warmonger.

Celestins all unit spells now have a limited range as it was breaking the ai some time.

Ancillary have been reworked a little

Custodian is no longer mounted as it was never supposed to be mounted but was as a way to fix animations, now have opt mount instead.
