Fixed HP Bug

Pressing your "WALK" key (usually "Left ALT" now enables SPIDER SENSE! I plan on adding dodging mechanism later, but for now, you can detect location of enemies from anywhere

~NEED GPOWERS FOR THIS TO WORK~
