Major performance tweaks. Should run way smoother now, removed excessive entities, removed smoke FX on craters.

Updated some of the visuals.

- Added more resources crates around bases and inside warehouses at start of game.
- Tweaked trenches for better vehicle transitions.
- Added random Wait delays between each wave of attacks.
- Extended length of waves slightly give more time to recoup.
- Added delay when troops attack.
- Riflemen are now veteran level 1
- Commandos are now veteran level 3

Wave 1 changes,
- Increase intro build up time from 30 to 60 seconds.

Wave 5 changes,
- Replaced constant waves of paratroops with ground commandos, parachute animations lagging.
