Implemented potential fix for the black screens and failing to create the display errors.
- The display will now only be created once the player has come within 300m from the object. From my tests the object will fail to create the texture if the camera is further than ~880m regardless of view distance.

Added the ability to show friendly groups on the map with the ORBAT icons.
Groups will be shown depending on the vehicle they are in and will only show the leader's position.
If the leader is the gunner, commander, driver, or copilot of the vehicle, the group will be considered to be a crew group for that vehicle and will be shown as such.
i.e. the squad leader is in a Marshall as the commander, the group will be shown as a mechanized infantry group.
