updated beta stunstick since it *is* indeed used by TTT and darkrp
4 .vtf files with proper alpha channels were ported from the beta [the rest are identical] and all .vmts were slightly touched up

removed erroneously left in normal map and made unused viewmodel use unlitgeneric instead
im not sure if this is used by any beta addons or ttt's magneto stick but they'll be set if they are at least

compressed textures, gave unused stunstick viewmodel selfillum, remade swing sounds [nothing was wrong with them as far as i know, i just wanted to redo them in a more uniform way; they both cut exactly .145 seconds off the beginning instead of what was presumably random or inaccurate]

addon is now "updated stunsticks" - sounds are still preserved, texture is now updated to include an alpha channel and $selfillum both ripped from half life 2: survivor
image[s] also greatly improved; the originals were adorable and all but i know i can do better than that seriously

After struggling to figure out how audio works for a good 3 or so hours [before finding out HL2 stores audio files as 8-bit instead of 16-bit], the addon is created.
