Now ported to Half-Life 2!

Gives the Stun Baton a few changes that tie it together just a little better aesthetically to the rest of HL2's arsenal.
- Viewmodels and worldmodel given selfillum from Half-Life 2: Survivor [normally doesn't glow at all outside of electric particles]
- Swinging sound cut down so it happens instantly [normally has .15 second delay, still sounds good when swung by other players or NPCs]

Not compatible with retextures or sound replacements, but you're welcome to use, edit, or reupload the materials from this addon for whatever you need.
This also edits the beta viewmodel which is used in TTT, DarkRP, and some beta addons.

sk_plr_dmg_stunstick 25 [ideal for most types of gameplay]
sk_plr_dmg_stunstick 40 [alternative, apartment raid damage numbers that are more ideal for roleplay]
metropolice un-nerf [no longer divides metrocop stunstick damage, making it less of a joke in combat saves]
flowbar [plays the swing animation instead of the hit animation, making the shocky end go on to the other man]
