Fixed some out of bounds spots as well as some general clipping - Thank you to RSausage22 for showing them

Renamed dogs to more fit the chippy theme

decreased the panzer count from 1 to 3 down to just 1 per panzer round as having 2 or even 3 on round 12 is not very cool also spaced out the rounds from every 3 to 4 up to 4 to 7

removed gobblegum :(
removed 2 perks that their icons did not work :(
still has ui error that i can not fix :(

switched out gobblegum machines in hope that megas work now

panzers spawn past their first one now :)

Moved Mid Teleport room in bounds incase you purchase the teleporter room but not the room behind it
