HOTFIX : Hopefully fixed an issue in how Meltdown handles command point assigning, had some pre-meltdown code left in which might cause a crash. Many thanks to LicFlagg for the notify

NOW with Overclocking these little collectors can behave like the large one!

BUGFIX: At some point the Manipulator Beam standard range was increased to 450, and the standard collector here was using that beam value, but the extended was hardcoded at 400 (double the older 200 range).

I have now hardcoded both of the ranges on these beams to be 400 and 600 respectively.
