Rebalanced the rubber shotgun shell to stay in line with the new update.

Build 1.1.0:
- Added Overclocked Turrets, +15-25% firerate, -10% power load. Got loads of marks that has no where to spend? here you go.
- Added proper sprites for Shotgun turrets.
- Increases the shotgun turret loader capactiy
- Rebalanced the shotgun turret (+), burst shortgun turret (-) and the hyper laser (+), again.
- Added the new 1.4.X.X connection options for the new turrets

- Build 1.0.9
- Increased the hyperlaser chargeup time to 4sec from 3, power requirement to 12000 from 7000
- Raptor Compound Shotgun shell now does a lot less gunshot wound damage but a lot more bleeding and structural damages.

The nerfs should put them much closer to vanilla balancing now, especially with the hyperlaser being totally unstoppable when manned by an ai.
