Toned down explosive prices because they didn't update for some raisin

-Added machete and balanced knife
-Fixed Dragunov crate oversight, moved the marksmanship magazine you were supposed to get to the Uzi
-Adjusted prices, should be less intrusive to your sandbox while still gating most end game and god weapons behind at least 2 shipments a piece.

-Fixed first aid kit being labelled as .44
-Rocket ammo box only gives 5 as intended.

-First aid kit recipe added
-Lockpick recipe added
-Gasmask unbox fixed
-Reduced the stat requirement to 3 mechanical

-Added ceramic plate recipe
-Fixed Dragunov not giving out a marksmanship magazine like the description implies.

Fixed not being able to split Suitcases into Tiny Diamonds.
