- Fixed abnormal data bugs in the initial phase (including trade influence, consumer goods, etc.) by moving codes of laws from the on_startup level to the history.
- Optimized the Soviet Union dissolution process: Moldavia may now also declare independence, and the post-Soviet power vacuum has been given its own dedicated sub-ideology.

V1.03 Update

• Fixed a bug that prevented trading at the start of the game.

• Added 3 military factories, 4 civilian factories, and 2 naval dockyards for Cuba at the beginning of the game.

• Added national spirits for World War scenarios for the three major factions.

• Added impassable regions in parts of the edge areas of the Tarim Basin and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, as well as in the central mountain range of Taiwan.

• Added naval bases in Taoyuan, Pingtung, and Yilan, enabling the AI China to reinforce troops in Taoyuan.

• Added a slight possibility for the continued division of America: Added content for forming alliances of Texas, Illinois, the Heartland, Utah, and Arizona, and added exclusive decision for these countries to dismember the American Republic.
