V1.02 update:
• Added opinion modifiers during the European Spring: All Warsaw Pact countries that undergo regime change during the European Spring will receive a mutual -120 opinion modifier lasting 5 years with all other EU and Warsaw Pact countries. Countries that experience regime change will remove this opinion modifier toward other nations. (Applicable countries include Romania, Hungary, Czech, Slovakia, Italy, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland)

• Optimized portraits for some characters

• Fixed a bug where the Russian AI always tended to form an alliance with Lukashenko

• Added framework content for Denmark and Norway: Maoist Norway and Denmark with red europe disputes can no longer join the EU

• Adjusted the AI strength of Germany, Azerbaijan, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, China, and Japan

Fixed a crash related to multiple simultaneous border conflicts with insufficient troops (e.g., China-Mongolia) introduced by the Sept 26 HOI4 official update.

Added missile technology at the start of the game for the United Kingdom, Pakistan, Korea, Palestine, the UAR (Syria, Egypt), Germany, Italy, and Iran.
Reduced the scale of the Chinese Civil War at game start.
Decreased the starting GDP of Taiwan , Korea, and Utah.
South Africa, Illinois, Iceland, and Greenland now have correct capital locations and names.
Lagos, Kinshasa, and some other African regions have been changed to urban terrain.
Increased the likelihood of countries sending volunteer forces to Libya, Yemen, and Yugoslavia.
Fixed a bug where Namibian rebels appeared in Abu Dhabi.
Fixed a bug where puppeted Ukraine would change ideology.

Main:

· Adapted to the RWFF August 4th update.

Map:

· Indonesia: The Anambas Islands and Natuna Island are now correctly assigned to Indonesia. Previous versions incorrectly assigned them to Malaya and Sarawak, respectively.
· United Kingdom: Corrected the size and position of the Channel Islands.
· Italy: Added the Tuscan Archipelago.
· Africa: The Strait of Gibraltar is now passable.
· France: Separated the provinces of Alsace and Lorraine (and now the civil war will only result in the loss of Alsace).
· China: Corrected the outline of Qinghai Province and the positions of Lanzhou and Xining.
· Other: Added victory points for Iran and Bangladesh.

Balance & Adjustments:

· Weakened China, Japan, Russia, and Germany.
· AI Russia and Ukraine can now change ideologies.
· Added ceasefire events for Russian invasions of Belarus, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. Russia will now not invade Central Asian countries other than Kazakhstan.
· Japan's invasion of the Philippines changed to an invitation to the Philippines.
· The Latvian communist regime now has a chance to survive.
