Added the Stainless Vest, which can built once Plated Armor is researched. Functions as a side-grade to a Plated Vest, and the Stainless Vest protects against Requiem Corrosion.

Bugfix for the Tal'Khazan doing excessive amounts of damage when it should not. Tweaked damage values for balance.

Addressed a small oversight in which I never printed the user manual for Requiem Pistols for Akimbos, leaving them unsure of how to reload.
