Change Notes:
-Fixed generals not showing up correctly due to wanamingo change.
-Fixed broken focuses due to tech tree change.
-Fixed units so now deadline can use super mutants, feral ghouls and ghoul infantry from the start.
-Buffed Site Y and Reclamation Army Depot to pose as greater threats to the deadline
-Fixed broken or defunct ideas from the recent update
-Deadline can now gain death claws as a recruit-able unit.
-Added localisation to focuses and ideas.
