MAJOR UPDATE: - 1.0 Release

This can be considered the Final Version (1.0), but still lacks polish that will come later on.

- Lots of exclusive flavor content for Tribes and Nomads
- Many bug fixes and minor balances
- Lots of system improvements

System improvements worth mentioning:
- Less overall Mini-Events triggers
- Skill-Based Triggers for Mini-Events
- Friends/Foes event will trigger every 5 years (was 15% chance every year)

Note: It's relatively savegame compatible. New traits won't be given to existing nomads and tribal characters. Only the new ones will receive the traits. (and there can be weird inconsistencies) I do recommend starting a new game to enjoy all the new features.

NEWS: Set the foundation for expanding the character spawn system to add more diversity to the game (such as spawning beautiful prostitutes with lover pox). This is a WIP and will come in the next updates.

HOTFIX

1- The issue that resulted in performance issues and the problem of spawning courtiers was FIXED. It was due to an event "namespace" error on my part. The particular event that spaws courtier was lacking a letter, and thus was chaotically triggering.

2- Overall, there are mod performance improvements by changing the on_action trigger from global to playable. This means that instead of checking ALL characters, only count+ will be checked. This change is for applying the Mini-Events.

3- Added compatibility for the Game Rule Gadget.

4- Minor modifier balance adjustments.

The mod is now properly FULL COMPATIBLE with everything, including the After the End mod.

UPDATE:

Added 2 Game Rules.
1) You can disable the traits, the events, or both.
2) You can disable the random character spawn

- All old modifiers revised
- War Reports updated
- Hobbies modifiers updated
- Some bug fixes
