* Hotfix for !survswap glitching reserve ammo to be left behind in the wrong player, making the appropriate primary weapon's ammo empty.

* Fixed incorrect survivor characters spawning when loading a map caused by lobby-slot detection system.
* Added missing survswap info to info.txt.
* Fixed Laser Sight upgrade boxes being treated as ammo upgrade boxes and applying the unintended behavioral fix.

* Added !survswap chat command and allowSurvSwapCmdForUsers (default: false) to settings.cfg.
Uses a hacky recreation of sb_takecontrol, does not require sv_cheats 1 but is subject to bugs and can only be used if you and the bot are not incapacitated, dead, or pinned.
* Added experimental Admin System support to chat commands, other admins should be able to use them.
* Decrypted .nuc back to .nut file. Now please don't abuse this.

* Survivor lobby selections are now respected and you should no longer always be forced to play as Nick or Bill.
