[1.3.0] Added charge gain per second mechanic.
New gear types are now available:

  • Type 3: Charge per second only
  • Type 4: Kills and Capture only
  • Type 5: Kills and time based only
  • Type 6: Capture and time based only
Type 0 gear will now charge from all available charge sources.
