- Added access to ToD unit_sets to Grudgebringer units (I might have missed some here are the lists: wh3_dlc25_emp_artillery_warmachines, emp_gun_artillery, emp_gunnery, emp_missile_infantry_vet, emp_missile_infantry, emp_missile_cavalry_vet, emp_missile_cavalry, emp_outriders, wh3_dlc25_emp_handgunner_outrider_ironsides, wh3_dlc25_gunnery_cavalry) (only emp_gun_artillery has characters in it, because for some reason, that is the way vanilla chose)
- Now returned settlements start with tier 1 with healed garrison

Small Update
- Sacking settlements income slightly increased
- Sacking settlements no longer gives the army attrition but -20% upkeep for 2 turns
- Contracts base payout increased substantially
- Contracts should select targets nearer to the player
- Camp income building money frontloaded to 400/550/700/850/1000 from 200/400/600/800/1000
- Further reduced cost for replenishment when near a settlement
