Changed the duration of the Magnet Lampe from 28.25 seconds to 56.5 seconds. (x2)

Under ...\script\custom\props\Prop_DynamoLantern.hps:

"const float gfDynamoLantern_ChargeDecreaseRate = (1.f / 40.f);"
changed to
"const float gfDynamoLantern_ChargeDecreaseRate = (1.f / 80.f);"
