Changed the add hook interaction, now gives you option of what hook to add.

Made the cheat menu button disappear when in the barbershop or royal court.

Added a change all county interaction that gives you the ability to max all realm counties control or development. At the moment this applies to all realm counties of the person you right click on, regardless of the titles the character you right click on controls. I plan to make this only change all counties that are under the character you right click on, including their vassals.

The modifier menu is basically done, just need to wrap up some localisation issues and it will be complete. All the modifiers I plan to add to the menu are in and functioning as intended.

Some big changes to the modifiers window in character editor. You should be able to see what my intended final form of that particular menu is supposed to look like. At this point I have all of the infrastructure in place for everything to work there, just need to fill it all out in the code.
