Added opacity control feature for custom LUT files.Implemented a vertical slider at the window border to adjust the opacity of the LUT.Users can now change the opacity of the LUT before merging it with the background image.

LUT Creator: Users can now create custom Lookup Table (LUT) files for color correction in Cities: Skylines.
User Interface: Implemented a graphical user interface using Tkinter library for a user-friendly experience.
