Version 0.7.1

Nearly a complete rebalance of revolver and shotgun ammo. Reduced severance chance slightly across the board (making armor harder to nullify).

New items:
- Depleted shotgun shell - Shotgun shell with supreme armor penetration and radiation DOT. Quite expensive, a king of all trades.

Removed items:
- Overpressured [X] - It added too much bloat, was simply uninteresting and hard to make work. The items should harmlessly dissapear with a few log errors that shouldn't impact gameplay.

Future:
- Rebalancing SMG ammo
- Adding AR and HMG variants
- Possibly adding compact .45 magazine variants for use with the More Unique Weapons mod.

More new sprites, this time for the SMG!

New sprites added for:
- FMJ SMG magazine
- Flechette SMG magazine
- Expanding SMG magazine
- Depleted SMG magazine

Additonally, slight damage tweaks have been made to SMG and revolver ammo.

Big sprite changes!

New sprites have been added for:
- OVP revolver round
- Buckshot, Flechette, Birdshot, Depleted*, OVP* shotgun shells
- FMJ, Flechette, Expanding, Depleted, OVP* rifle rounds
* Not currently implemented, expect it soon though!

Small audio change for the Explosive Recoiless Rifle round.

Added -10% movement debuff for Medical Combat Fatigues (This was missed in the last update!)
