* Survivors who are killed while hanging from a ledge can no longer be defibbed
* Survivors who die from a high fall can no longer be defibbed

* Molotovs will now explode after 2s if they are above 128 units from the ground. If they are within 128 units they will continue their falling trajectory as normal.

* Improvements to stuckwarp failsafe (should be better at picking spots that will not result in the player getting stuck again)
* Improvements to gauntlet event functions. Mob rate will now cycle instead of only gradually getting less intense, and will have a more "wave" type effect
* Damage dropoff for Snipers is now handled via vscript instead of weapon files
* Other adjustments
