Small bug fix update
-Issues regarding culture spawning in South Africa or really anywhere else should definitely be fixed by now, please make sure you have no other checksum changing mods on before reporting issues about this feature
-Colonial nations ability to fight the natives removed... again

Mod updated to 1.37

Minor update, changed around a few things and fixed some issues

General changes:
-Fixed several bugs related to spawning of colonial cultures
-Removed new Great Basin provinces due to constant complaints about compatibility issues, this is a warning for the future, however; I will not be catering this mod around other major mods. the only fork that has been made so far is for Ante Bellum. This mod is meant to be played with VANILLA EU4 and isn't meant to be tack-on in any playset you wish.

Additions:
-Added Boer culture for the Dutch, Frisians and Flemish, will spawn if you own a Christian province in South Africa with your primary culture. Takes between 25-100 years to spawn. It will spread slowly throughout Christian provinces with 0 separatism and your primary culture.
-Added flavor events for colonial nations about the spawn of new cultures if you happen to be playing one for whatever reason
-Moved around a few cultures in Europe to make them more accurate, Celtic, Romanian and Hungarian, etc.

Reworked culture spread system:
-For a new colonial culture to spawn, a colonial nation now needs to have a province with 0 separatism, 20 development, and the province needs to have their primary culture. After this point the mean time to happen for the spawn starts ticking
-Culture spread changed, for the primary culture of your colonial nation to spread the desired province must be part of their religious GROUP, not their direct religion (Muslim, Christian, Eastern etc.) and have 0 separatism. The mean time to happen for these conversions is 14 months.

UPDATE

-About 15 new provinces created in the former wasteland of the Great Basin, these provinces are now colonizable and fall in within Colonial California's borders.
(Note: For the names of these provinces, I have fudged most of them myself, mostly being an amalgamation of Native names, American county names and Spanish names. If anyone knows more than I do in this department any input for the names of these provinces would be greatly appreciated. As of now, they do not have custom province names for all cultures, and for right now I do not see that happening unless again someone wishes to help which would be welcomed.)

-Tweaked border between California and Mexico colonial regions again, California is now a bit bigger
-Reworked the colors for colonial regions/colonial flags, Canada has been changed to a brighter red, Louisiana has been reverted from purple back to light blue, and Colombia is a lighter pink color.
-Slightly changed border between Peru and La Plata
-Slightly changed border between Colombia and Brazil
-Amerikaans culture has been added for Dutch nations (stay tuned for more colonial cultures to come soon hopefully)
-Chinese new world provinces names (once again taken from the New World Colony Names mod)

Mission changes have been put on the backburner for now, I plan to add more new mechanics, features and balance changes before moving on to them. An update reworking the culture spread mechanics along with a new array of colonial cultures for Andalusia and German nations is planned to release within the month.
