- Fix server > client comunication to be able to load configs on client.

- Fix Ai Refiney Block that sometimes stop adding ore to refineries and let all refineries with "Use Conveyor System" disabled.
- Fix Ai Blocks variant group.
- Change all blocks to store configs in the block, and now blueprint and copy/paste store configs.
- Add Quota config to AI Inventory Manager Block.
- Add new block "AI Quota Map" to be able to add quota definition in conected/sub grids.

Warning.: This new update will lost some saved configs, check all block definitions after update.
