Red vs Blue Update

Added:
- Coalition Black-Ops Uniform, Helmet, and Pistol (Can be found, or purchased late-game with high Coalition favor)

- Coalition Assault SMG, a fast-firing PDW using 10mm

- Extended 10mm Magazines (Not every 10mm weapon can use them)

- 2 more 8-Gauge shotshell variants, Riot-shot & "Shredder" Slug.
- Sedative Gas Grenade, puts a crowd to the ground, but has short-lived effects.

- Tactical Combat Helmet, a Combat Helmet with Thermal Optics that doesn't like water.

Fixed:
- Heavy Chemthrower's recipe had an invalid fabricator.
