Update to make it on-par with new ammo standards.

Changed:

- New model for the Renegade Assault Shotgun.

- Assault Pistols now have decreased accuracy when Dual-Wielded, as to adhere to other weapons of the core addon.

Check Enhanced Armaments for the general change, this one is to match.

Changed:

- Slightly nerfed Suppressed Combat Shotgun. Barely noticable, unless you are the kind to dump drums through it.

Added:

- 40mm Breaching Charge, causes a small blast of high power, able to make holes in hulls and doors.

- "Coalition Patrol Cap" is now just "Patrol Cap."

Notes:

- Now you may have the choice of Black or Multicam, without having the faction tied to it. Still have them as their corresponding faction subcategory in the subeditor, though.

- 8-Gauge family had afflictions altered

• Standard shell stun decreased.
  
• Riot shell puts people down for longer, but requires 2 shots to land. 'Beat Cop' turns this back to one.
  
• Incendiary shell damage nerfed.
