1.04 - Forgot to reduce the setting for the HT research bench after the rework of how the mod functions.

1.03 - Redid the whole mod. It now adjusts the game constant "ResearchPointGenerationTime" instead of adjusting the various research benches. As a result, the mod now affects field research (observation) as well as regular research.
