Added an option to limit the maximum mass of weapons during patching, to prevent overly heavy weapons causing problems with ammo spawning.

Added Gene patching. Right now only changes armor values added by genes. If there is some other gene feature that needs to be autopatched, suggest it in the comments please.

Added vehicle patching. Currently has issues with pawns only loading 1 ammo type automatically, but I think that has nothing to do with my mod, because I've had the same problem on vehicles with real patches. Best workaround is to set auto-reloading on weapons to 0 and manually load the ammos you want on the vehicle.
