Re-upload of 1.0 update again again but this time I did some file stuff because I don't want to be the guy in that apocryphal Einstein quote about the nature of insanity.

Edit: To anyone noticing all the re-uploads and wondering, I think the issue may have actually just been Steam not *downloading* the update to my system (I run the workshop download when I'm actually playing the game just for the sake of consistency) rather than an issue with the upload. But either way it's now working for me, so hopefully it's working for everyone whether it already was or not.

Still seeing upload issues with the 1.0 update. Reverting just to clean up the changelog,
