Fixed a bug that could cause a turn pending error when the AI was using Numidian Cavalry in a battle

Fixed a bug that would increase the yields of the Sivullirmiut Seal Hunting Grounds in each new era

Made some small UI changes

Update: 11 Oct, 2023 @ 9:30pm

Added one new culture: the Industrial Americans

Added new splash screen art for the Medieval Malians

Made major changes to the following cultures:
- Ancient Lapita: redesigned the LT and EQ to synergize better and be easier to understand
- Early Modern Omanis: redesigned the LT to be simpler; redesigned the EQ to be far less convoluted and easier to use but with the same playstyle incentives
- Early Modern Sulu: redesigned the LT and EQ bonuses to be more understandable and usable, and to better synergize with the intended playstyle for them
- Contemporary Kenyans: changed affinity to Diplomat (thus now they are only available with Together We Rule active) and adjusted LT and EQ to better synergize with a Diplomat playstyle

Made smaller changes to the following cultures:
- Classical Pohnpeians: simplified the EQ's exploitation effect to focus it more clearly on adjacency bonuses
- Medieval Tang: simplified the EQ to remove population requirements to make it more useful and straightforward; tweaked the LT to give bonuses to research quarters
- Early Modern Puebloans: changed the combat strength bonus in the LT slightly because the previous effect was not always applying correctly
- Early Modern Safavids: added an extra bonus to Saltpetre accesses because the previous LT was of limited use in some situations

Made changes to the upgrade trees of EUs to fit with vanilla upgrade tree changes

Fixed a few unintentional mega-synergies between two Super Pack cultures, to prevent accidental huge bonuses

Nearly finished with UI style improvements and file clean-up behind the scenes

Update: 6 Oct, 2023 @ 7:31pm

Updated the mod to be compatible with the post-Bonny hotfix

Added one new culture: the Early Modern Sinhalese

Added new splash screen art for the Early Modern Puebloans

Made large changes to the following cultures:
- Medieval Majapahit: reworked the LT and EQs to better synergize
- Contemporary Ecuadorians: reworked the LT and replaced the EU with a second EQ; all changes intended to better synergize
- Modern Swiss: reworked the LT to make it more useful and understandable

Made smaller changes to the following cultures:
- Ancient Hallstatt: reduced yields from LT and EQ to be in line with the increased resource numbers with Bonny
- Ancient Yayoi: altered yields from EQ to make it more useful and less niche
- Classical Chavin: removed Influence yields from EQ and in turn slightly increased Influence yield from LT
- Classical Hopewell: altered placement restrictions for the EQ to make it easier to place; increased yields from LT
- Classical Kushans: altered LT to make it easier to understand; reduced yields on EQ to be in line with the increased resource numbers with Bonny
- Classical Numidians: removed some aspects of LT to make the culture more understandable
- Classical Thracians: altered LT to make it more usable
- Classical Teotihuacanos: reduced yields from LT and EQ to be in line with the increased resource numbers with Bonny
- Medieval Haida: removed some yields from EQ to refocus the EQ on Stability, Faith, and Influence
- Medieval Medang: increased yields from LT to make it more impactful
- Medieval Palas: removed placement restrictions for the EQ to make it more usable

Made a lot of formatting changes to UI descriptions of effects; hoping to make explanations consistent across all cultures and keep important info bolded to catch the player's eye

Did a LOT of behind-the-scenes file clean-up with the goal of limiting where bugs can occur

Update: 11 Sep, 2023 @ 7:40pm

Updated for the Bonny game update and the Oceania Pack

Removed the Early Modern Era Maori and Industrial Era Hawaiians to avoid overlap with the Cultures of Oceania DLC; these were replaced by the Early Modern Era Florentines and the Industrial Era Boers.

Reworked the Classical Pohnpeians to remove overlap between the Pohnpeian and the new Medieval Rapa Nui legacy traits

Added new culture card art for the Classical Nabateans, Medieval Swiss, Early Modern Saxons, Industrial Swiss, and Modern Swiss

Made several preliminary changes to a few cultures to balance them while I finish out more complete changes:

- lowered the bonuses the Numidians get from access to Horses
- lowered the bonuses the Saadians get from access to strategic resources
- lowered the bonuses the Costa Ricans get from land trade routes
- lowered the bonuses the Chileans get from access to Saltpeter
- lowered the bonuses the Texians get from access to Horses

These changes are not finalized and were intended as a stopgap measure while I work on more complete changes. On my radar already for the patch planned for 18 Sept. are:

- UI issues on the screen when you choose the Ancient Era Lapita
- UI issues on the screen when you choose the Classical Era Teotihuacanos
- Confusing list of units when selecting the Classical Era Numidians
- Hallstatt Metalsmithies are hugely OP
- Numidian Horse Breeders are hugely OP
- Kushan Royal Mints are OP
- Saadian Qasbahs are OP
- Added emblematic naval units need to be updated to match the new naval ship classes
- All added emblematic units need to have their strategic resource requirements increased to be more in line with new requirements for all vanilla units
- Adding a new Early Modern culture
