Bump mines will no longer do damage to entities that aren't prop_physics or func_breakable. This mainly prevents it from destroying LVS vehicles.

Spawnmenu Category icons (only in dev/x86-64 branch)
Use non-hacky armor function (currently only in dev/x86-64. functionally the same)
Picking up helmets while already wearing one will now consume the helmet for some armor (configurable, default 10)
Restored SWCS integration
TTT integration for Bump Mines and Health Shot (Not thoroughly tested!)
Armor hit sound settings
Bump Mines attached to living things will consistently launch them in the mine's thrown direction
Hopefully slight improvement to performance
Bump mine wall crashing timer is longer and can crash into multiple walls
