Due to the new constructors blocking the stairs... this version has been updated to accomodate the new constructors, also a few items were removed to cut initial costs... Adv Con reduced to Large Con, Mining Turret removed, Ore & Wood Controller changed to standard Cargo Controller, removed 9 growplots, changed potential to 8 growplots to accomodate stairs.
