-Changed the table names to accommodate CA's ridiculous crash bug where you suddenly cannot have capital letters in the table names. Why that would change is beyond me.
-Updated the sound_settings XML file to the latest version (to support all the latest changes in the 6.1 patch).
-Various minor adjustments.

-Corrected an issue where the Mammoth vocalizations were in the wrong sound (race) bank.

-Adjusted the Chaos Warshrine so that it doesn't sound so loud when it walking around.
-Slightly increase the range that projectile mirroring can be heard, because it was felt that perhaps it was reduced too much in v6.7 (the trick is to allow it to be heard as far as way as possible before someone's low end sound chip/sound card explodes).
