removed unnecessary loading screen and achievement picture for my upcoming mod

Ultimate Update: added new edited textures using paint.net and added new sounds, as an aniversary for my first mod on the workshop being on the workshop front page.

Finally added a new achievement pic. (i might remove it because i considered it unnecessary)

changed viewmodel again cuz i wasn't satisfied with the last one.
