-Moved the Version 1.9b missile height max coefficient parameter to this mod from my Longer and Extra Longer Battle Mods (to avoid conflict, and because it makes more sense here).

Version 1.2

-Increased the reload rate of all 'small arms' projectiles by 1.5x, to make the rate of fire (ROF) more realistic as well. Keep in mind that the ROF will increase with tech effects and perks, and also with experience, so the idea here is that you can get the original ROF (and beyond) after the unit gets ungraded, but at least the plain default units are no longer like a fire hose.
-Added axe projectiles to this mod, so that they too have their accuracy and ROF adjusted in a similar way.
-Removed all artillery and spell projectiles from this mod, as these were mostly included by accident, but really they were included from v1.0 where the scope of the mod was too large and has now been reduced to 'small arms' only, as these weapons are the ones that are ridiculously OP.

Version 1.1

-Removed adjustments that were made to towers. The idea being that towers should be like the old level of accuracy, because towers do not gain experience, and because towers are stationary platforms, designed to put accurate fire on the attacker. They should be deadly accurate, especially since they are firing so few shots at a time.

-Split up weapons by type and adjusted each type individually (rather than as a whole with blanket adjustments as was the original idea).
