Doubled in-player inventory stack size of all harpoons.
- Will not be editing harpoon gun magazine sizes.

Parity now achieved with Barotrauma v1.5.9.1
- New variable was added for character stack size that I didn't notice. Whoops! "smallitem" tag given to the new versions of all harpoons.
