Assembly and Cold Storage added
Flamethrower on Construct replaced with a plasma cannon
Proj speed on Volt Driver primary increased slightly (to 24)
Proj tracking time on Volt Driver overcharge increased (to 3s)
AR gains accuracy slightly faster (1.5s to 1s)
AR health damage increased slightly (1.2x to 1.4x multiplier)
AR max spread reduced slightly (4.5 to 4 degrees)
AR proj speed increased slightly (80 to 85)
Magnum proj speed increased slightly (80 to 85)
