Revised the custom script to hopefully work better and added another check to make sure the junk and rare item pickup comments of custom characters are always enabled when they should be as well.

Added a custom script to custom characters to ensure their combat comments are always enabled when they should be.

Fix for Five-Star Diner talent no longer working while the mod is in use.
