Deep scanned directory and removed duplicate entries, notably in projectiles and fixed errors. Likely due to separation of files and cloning of files resulted in entries not being deleted properly as mod was being compartmentalized

Fixed item id issues with the bridge gun recipe, causing it to not appear in the fabricator crafting menu

Removed duplicate recipe files for armour refill in fabricator recipes

Forgot to add the fabricator refinery products; refined bars, printed PCBs to output pool
