Code rewrite, and rule seed support courtsey of VFlyer.
A ton of fixes were made with the rewrite including the exception thrown when solving, some calculation issues with actions not being referenced correctly, and a clarification with the TP help message.
He also added a note here saying "MANUAL REPRINT REQUIRED." That is supposed to affect rule seeded manuals.
