Fixed this mod accidentally blocking 40mm explosive grenade launcher explosives hitbox, leading them to do no damage to surrounding entities.

Made tree killer entity only spawn server-side (doesn't really make any difference to the mod, just doesn't need to be on client-side so I removed it there)

Fixed readme in mod to mention that this should work as a server-side only mod.
