-Fixed a bug where you would not have faster pivoting after death(Led to multiplayer instability)
-Added B42 support(sorry i was naive and thought it could only have B41 or B42 support, but can in fact have both. Further, other people tested it and it required no changes)

I plan on rewriting this to have mod options and use better methods when B42 stable & multiplayer releases.

Even better now. So much smoother and snappy. It's now tick based and more performance focused as well.
